Refund policy
We generally do not accept returns. The only exceptions are:
- If the product has expired before the date you received it
- If the product was damaged or compromised upon arrival
To request a return for either of these cases, please contact us at witmedpharmacy@gmail.com with photos of the damaged/expired product and your proof of purchase.
If your return request is approved, we'll send you instructions for returning the item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon reception. If you receive an expired or damaged product, contact us within 24 hours with photos of the issue so we can evaluate your claim.
Refunds
For approved returns, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process the refund.
